The Quest that Became GenQuest
My career began more than 20 years ago in nonprofit operations, donor management, and process improvement. Over time, that work evolved into consulting engagements with organizations across the United States and around the world, helping teams improve their operations, technology, and business processes.
That journey eventually led me to Salesforce, where I discovered a powerful way to combine business analysis, process design, and technology to solve real-world challenges. Today, I specialize in Salesforce Administration, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, automation, reporting, and custom application development.
I founded GenQuest Consulting to provide organizations with direct access to senior-level expertise without the layers of agency overhead.
